A group of musicians pull each others strings as they pound out a living working in a musical instrument store in a city known for its blowing winds.
A B-list rocker inherits a small musical instrument store in Chicago from his sister. Along with the store, he also inherited a group of misfit employees/musicians that are constantly at each others throats. The only thing keeping the store from falling flat is the smart alec manager, who seems more fit to host a game show, and the rocker's lovable, but dimwitted, niece.
