Synopsis:

A hip beat cop,(think Bruce Willis from the hood) battles terror gangs while uncovering coy violent plots.

Partnering with a female death-row inmate & his former friends from the hood, they pimp a FBI vehicle to blend in & locate a teen suicide bomber. Heroically, he disposes
of a bomb on a packed Santa Monica Beach.

Sounds like it has potential to grab your interest. As he says..involving some of the 'Hip-Hop' celebrities out there will catch the younger generation and YES, I could see Bruce Willis or Matt Damon as the Good guy.

I like the conversational tone of the pitch. Using visuals is effective, but they seem generic and not attached to this story. Their may be a story with a hook here, but I'm not getting it.
