The Forgetful River is a romantic drama about the timeless bonds between friends, family and lovers over several lifetimes. Three stories of 18th Century France, 19th Century North America and the present day United States, are woven together as a circle of entities from a spiritual family experience lifetimes of unquestioned love and commitment.

A young woman with psychic abilities, Kristen Meade, makes a compelling, casual acquaintance with a mysterious younger man, Lance Gemini. Even though they are complete strangers to one another, subsequent meetings bring flashes of past life times that throw Kristen’s world into an emotional chaos. Now, with the guidance of her mentor, Sarah, she must use glimpses of past lives to unravel the mystery of her future.

During the Seven Years War in France, Christina Dubois falls madly in love with a naval officer, Louis Perigueux against the wishes of her brother, Rene Dubois. Christina’s passion for Louis will be her saving grace and possibly her undoing. When her husband is lost at sea, Christina must choose between holding out hope and trusting in her brother’s counsel or loosing faith in her husband’s promise of return.

One hundred years later, three men: Pvt. Christopher Sage, Lt. Col. Lewis Grayson and Lt. Col. Richard Albany forge a friendship during the American Civil War in money making schemes only to become blood brothers-in-arms. On the road to Washington D.C., the friends are ambushed by a gang of road thieves and manage to get away in a deadly shoot out. Unknown to the soldiers, all but one of the thieves is killed and he now secretly vows vengeance against them. Their friendship and loyalty are tested by their new enemy and the realities of war.

The Forgetful River was named one of the top ten screenplays in the 2007 Arizona Peoria Film Festival.
