I clicked on this because I recognized the guy from 90210 and thought it was a "where are they now?" clip. Frankly the whole thing sounds so implausible, the timing of her "revelation" to the sisters wedding (like she can't wait a couple of months to leave?) and the fact that they want the guy to apologize to a nun who is really an ex-nun so why the hold her in higher regard thing? I don't get it.
To answer Avatar2005's comment, with all the obvious inside edge Jill has the reason it hasn't been picked up may be a lack of originality or interesting premise. The Sound of Music meets Taming of the Shrew? I worry I'll have to write an English paper after I go see this.

I think that the person who wrote a remark on October 1st, is taking to much from the trailer who's movie hasn't been made yet. But they did a good job of trying to find a characters motivation in a 3 min trailer. LOL

Good luck on Hopelessly Devoted I thought it looked pretty funny and I think it will be a good romance comedy.

There's just something intriguing about watching a good-looking nun leave the convent for romance. Did it start with THE SOUND OF MUSIC, or does it reach back farther than that? Good luck!

Obviously, the production values of the trailer are amazing. I buy all the characters, but I have trouble with their motivations (as far as I can see from the trailer). As a non-Catholic male, I can't speak to the protagonist's need to disrupt a curse, maybe that's reasonable, maybe not. However, the ball player's motivation to help the nun or lose his job just doesn't fly with me. That's just not how baseball works these days. I think that has to be tweeked. Plus, the log line needs a hook. What do the nun and ball player do?
