We would like to welcome you to The Golden Ticket Inc, a dark and mysterious place responsible for designing the illustrious 5 golden tickets. The company is run by a former recipient of a winning gold ticket, Mr. Ostrum. Michael Themmen, a mid shift security guard, is the most disturbed employee at the Golden Ticket. Lately he has been experiencing extreme sleep deprivation and schizophrenia.
Michael witnessed his father’s gruesome death when he was only 7 years old causing him to grow up alone and socially inept. His best friends growing up were in his head and appeared to him on the screens of televisions. His friends have always been nice and comforting, but when a new employee Julie starts to work at the Golden Ticket, the voices of his friends begin to grow darker. His increased sleep deprivation becomes worse evolving into daytime hallucinations.
At The Golden Ticket someone has breached security and stole important documents pertaining to the secret design of the golden tickets. Michael now faced with the ever growing dark voices, the possibility of a relationship with a real person, and the theft on his shift, beginning to culminate. He starts to see the world in a very obscure way, questioning his own judgment at work and spending most of his non work hours in his basement at home where he mysteriously finds a connection with the new employee Julie that leads him down a twisted and bizarre road to find solitude from his voices.

By the way the interviewer and the interviewee are the same person. With one writer being in Europe and the other in Seattle there were technical video transfer errors that prevented using the actual video footage of Rossella Dark being interviewed so at the last few minutes on the last day of submissions the pitch was filmed and edited together to make the deadline.
I would like to thank everyone for their comments and am very excited to see the results.
I personally watched and voted on every film as if I was not in the competition myself.
